PRICING OF LESSONS
Below you will find a schedule of prices for trombone lessons. Recommendations for the appropriate length of a lesson are provided based on the skill level of the student and the amount of content we will need to cover during a lesson. While these factors are negotiable and tailored to the individual skill level of each student, pricing for lessons is non-negotiable.
For use in virtual lessons, the following items will also be required:
Computer or IPad (with working camera and microphone)
A quiet space to conduct your lesson
A condenser microphone compatible to your device (as soon as possible) like this reasonably priced option
THE 30 MINUTE LESSON
$30 per lesson
For beginners through 2 years experience
30 minute lessons are geared toward the beginner musician. In these lessons we will begin to develop fundamental techniques while exploring beginner etudes (individual pieces). Topics might include safely putting the instrument together, instrument maintenance, how to hold the instrument, healthy sound production, developing a beginner practice routine, and other musical interests determined by the student.
THE 45 MINUTE LESSON
$40 per lesson
For 2 years to 6 years experience
45 minute lessons are geared toward the intermediate musician. In these lessons we will continue to develop fundamental techniques while exploring more challenging repertoire. Topics might include basic music theory, slide technique, range extension, legato studies, developing an intermediate practice routine, and other musical interests determined by the student.
THE 60 MINUTE LESSON
$50 per lesson
For 6 years experience and beyond
60 minute lessons are geared toward the advanced musician. In these lessons we will continue to develop fundamental techniques while exploring more challenging repertoire. Topics might include advanced music theory, audition preparation techniques, clef studies, developing an advanced practice routine, and other musical interests determined by the student.
